Be Productive Even If You Do Not Want To Do Anything

It has happened to all of us that we are in that mental space in which nothing moves us, and we can not stop wasting time. What to do?

1. Change your environment

Stand up and go somewhere different. Even if you are short on time, take a turn to change your mental state.

2. Exercise

If you do not have time to spend an hour or more of your time doing sports, go around the block to reset your mind. You will be surprised how it helps!

3. Divide large tasks into small pieces

If you have a lot to do and you do not know where to start, leave little by little. Celebrate every achievement, however small, and maintain a "one step at a time" mentality.

4. Set a time limit

Put a stopwatch and see what you can achieve in 30 minutes. Save your cell phone and leave only the windows you need open on your computer. Do not let yourself be distracted and give your maximum during that time. When that time is fulfilled, see how far you have progressed and feel good about the progress you are making.Then take a break, and repeat the exercise again.
